For Locai, we offer the flexibility of remote work to our team members. Locai follows an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy, aligning with the approach commonly adopted by many new startups.

Primary Language

For Locai, our primary languages of communication are English and Arabic, depending on the department to which team members are assigned. We do not utilize Hindi as one of our official languages, fostering a streamlined communication environment in English and Arabic throughout the organization.

Arabic Policy

Arabic skills are position-dependent at Locai. Developers are not required to have Arabic proficiency, but it can be beneficial.
