Position Summary:
- Ensure resolution of conflicts in designs and drawings across civil, steel, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Assist in formulating creative solutions for design that reduce manpower requirements, cost, and time.
Responsibilities:
- Consider creative solutions to job requirements to reduce manpower requirements, cost, and time.
- Research advanced construction technologies and creative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead the Technical team and Project Coordinators to deliver coordinated drawings on time with high quality.
- Update authority requirements promptly.
- Lead full drawing development of assigned projects.
- Coordinate activities of consultants, clients, and company for Design/Build contracts.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities for drawing approval.
- Prepare drawing and material submittal log in line with project schedule.
- Check and correct MEP drawings for mistakes.
- Approve compatibility of architectural, civil, MEP, and steel/cladding drawings.
- Complete other assigned tasks from supervisor and company top management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 years of relevant work experience in managing projects, particularly in Hotel & Resorts developments.
