About the job: Salesforce Developer
Job in brief:
- Opportunity to work with a Dubai-based semi-government organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key member of the product development team.
- Perform Salesforce administration, user management, custom development, and deployment for customers.
- Handle SFDC support tickets and meet customer SLAs.
- Participate in customer and partner calls, document requirements, and convert them to technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Assist junior team members in Salesforce development.
- Stay updated with new releases and critical updates in Salesforce.
- Optimize application for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Test, deploy, revise, update, refactor, debug code, and improve existing software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
- Collaborate with business to understand service requests and resolve them.
- Suggest and implement new ideas.
Required Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, Apex, VF, Trigger, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations.
- Fluent in English.
