About the job: Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI Startup
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and responsibility for mission-critical systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability.
- Lead by example by being hands-on in building high-volume platforms from scratch, leveraging the latest technologies.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from data discovery and design to implementation and deployment.
- Develop customer-centric prototypes to drive new product explorations and innovations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering their growth and development.
- Proactively communicate progress, learnings, and insights to your team and leadership.
- Work on both front-end and back-end areas as required, maintaining versatility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of solid engineering experience, preferably with a degree in Computer Science.
- Proven track record of thriving in a startup or startup-like environment.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development, particularly with React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in Python is highly desired.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, NLP, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Langchain, Transformer models, or related areas is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in building mobile-friendly web applications.
- Experience in designing products from scratch, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
- Willingness to experiment with and quickly adapt to new technologies.
