The Quality Assurance (QA) specialist will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing and maintaining robust testing processes and methodologies. They will be responsible for identifying and addressing product defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving the overall quality of the company's digital payment products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of bug fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of software defects and implement preventive measures.
- Document and communicate test results, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software quality assurance.
- Should have hands on Jmeter, Selenium, JIRA. Basic knowledge of JAVA and SQL.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
