Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Participation in requirements gathering and use case development</li>
<li>Experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts, and features</li>
<li>Developing technical project plans and aiding in project resourcing</li>
<li>Developing and executing test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions</li>
<li>Background in development or strong knowledge of Java</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation</li>
<li>Strong IAM domain knowledge</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts</li>
<li>Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development of workflows, rules, connectors</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to interact with various client stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Application onboarding, including configuration of creation, correlation, and build map rules for clients</li>
<li>Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ</li>
<li>Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ</li>
<li>Installing, Customizing, configuring, and supporting identity provisioning and Governance tools</li>
<li>Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors</li>
<li>Extending reporting capabilities via application-specific reporting</li>
<li>Working with clients to develop strategies for configuring specific functionalities, planning, and preparation</li>
<li>Documentation review</li>
<li>SailPoint product version upgrades</li>
<li>Ongoing patch installation</li>
<li>Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports)</li>
<li>Mentoring and environment-specific training</li>
<li>Providing knowledge transfer to technical staff</li>
<li>Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events, and workflows</li>
<li>Implementing new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes</li>
<li>Monitoring delivery against SLAs and addressing exceptions to clients</li>
<li>Managing source code and builds for compliance reporting</li>
<li>Identifying risks and issues and developing recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues</li>
<li>Developing documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts</li>
</ul>
