JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our villa renovation projects and residential construction work. You will be responsible for client quotations, work costs, and overseeing projects across multiple sites simultaneously. Your primary focus will be on site, spending the majority of your time there. You will be an active part of the hands-on work on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost analyses and prepare work quotations for projects.
• Coordinate multiple redevelopment projects across various sites simultaneously.
• Oversee site supervision and quality control processes.
• Be present on-site daily and maintain a focus on project sites.
• Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor the progress of contractors and ensure their work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Be actively involved in the hands-on aspects of the job, working closely with teams on-site.
• Stay flexible and agile in managing sites and handling unexpected challenges.
• Manage all deliveries and logistics for project sites.
• Conduct all work in a very solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in villa renovations and residential projects in the Middle East.
• Experience in site supervision and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis and project budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with contractors and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with local regulations and codes of practice.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus, while French would be ideal.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have your own car (petrol and parking allowances will be provided).
