About the Job:
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for English presentation and technical communication of public/private cloud products and solutions with Alibaba Cloud's customers in MEA region.
- At the key stage of the project, the candidate should be able to coordinate and organize the resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support the project.
- Coordinating and organizing resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support POC test or demo demonstration.
- Periodical customer visiting and customer relationship maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with an understanding of public cloud products and their usage or private cloud solution output, both preferred.
- Ability to communicate products and solutions with customers in English.
- At least 3 years of pre-sales technical support experience in public/private cloud.
- Have good communication ability and excellent team cooperation ability, positive and optimistic, serious and responsible, willing to cooperate.
- Be able to travel irregularly in MEA area.
