POSITION SCOPE
Here's how you'll contribute to our success:
- Conduct ongoing customer research to understand target audience profiles, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages to maximize lead capture.
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Craft compelling nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality leads.
Your OKRs
- Objective 1: Increase qualified leads from online channels by 30% Q/Q.
- Objective 2: Improve lead conversion rate by 20% within 6 months.
- Objective 3: Develop and implement a lead nurturing program that increases SQLs by 25%.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
Qualities we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analyzing complex marketing data.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Growth mindset with a passion for staying updated on marketing trends.
