Key Job Responsibilities
Event Pre-planning:
<ul>
<li>Partner with Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and end clients to design, pre-plan, and manage all aspects of expertise or discipline.</li>
<li>Drive Results: Complete technical drawings, production plans, labor needs, budgets, equipment selection, and interfaces with warehouse leads and sub-rentals.</li>
<li>See the Bigger Picture: Assist and support other departments by making recommendations on technology, processes, and methodologies.</li>
</ul>
On-site Management/Operation:
<ul>
<li>Delivers World-Class Service: Ensure discipline meets or exceeds client needs by managing the production plan, budget, and Encore production/safety standards.</li>
<li>Do the Right Thing: Set and properly test technical components.</li>
<li>Operate designated equipment for the event as needed.</li>
<li>Provide leadership to assigned crew, including internal and external team members.</li>
<li>Abide by health and safety requirements, recommend areas of improvement to the HSE Manager.</li>
</ul>
Post-show Management:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for post-show management, including final labor, time sheets, expenses, sub-rentals, and equipment maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Complete reporting information and feedback from the team for post-show documentation.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service:
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent service, striving to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Meet with clients on-site as necessary to ensure their needs are met, and the equipment setup is working properly.</li>
</ul>
People Development (where they have direct reports):
<ul>
<li>Value People by promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Manage performance, address employee concerns, maintain adequate staffing levels, and facilitate team development.</li>
<li>Manage HR activities, including selection, performance management, and learning.</li>
<li>Provide focused and continued coaching to develop the skills of team members.</li>
<li>Train employees on Encore standards for service and equipment, and verify proper training on company computer systems.</li>
<li>Recommend team members for training opportunities, as needed.</li>
</ul>
