Your Role:

<li>Seeking an Engineering Hub Manager for the Dubai HQ Engineering team.</li>
<li>Lead the design, development, and optimization of secure and robust payment processing infrastructure.</li>

<li>Manage dynamic, cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and product experts.</li>

Your Expertise:

<li>Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering role.</li>
<li>Comfortable serving in a manager-of-managers capacity.</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.</li>
<li>Software development background with expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, PHP, Go).</li>
<li>Understanding of modern development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).</li>
<li>Ability to make strategic decisions aligned with business goals.</li>
<li>Experience in attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional engineering talent.</li>
<li>Background in Payment, Banking Systems, or Shopping.</li>
