Lark Backend Software Engineer Team Leader

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by collaborating with design, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement.
• Enhance product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical management, holistic web-based software solution building, API design, and server-client interactions.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
• Extensive experience in backend service development.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new things beyond the comfort zone.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with one of the following general-purpose programming languages: Golang, Java, Python.
• Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware, relational database, and common backend architecture.
