About the Team: The Information System team caters to the company's internal system construction needs. They are responsible for planning and constructing internal systems, including human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval, demand and project management, information security management, and system configuration, operation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and operate corporate internal products (ERP-related, such as finance, procurement, legal, etc.).
  • Understand industry market trends, improve implementation and operation strategies, and optimize mechanisms.
  • Track user feedback, deeply understand user requests, promote product feature improvement, and optimize operational strategy for improved efficiency.
  • Explore cutting-edge and innovative corporate internal product operation methodologies, implementing them through the development of proper tools based on general platforms.
  • Set clear implementation and operation goals and achieve them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; IT implementation experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP-related products (Financial system, Procurement system, Legal system, etc.), with more than 3 years of experience in system implementation and operation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success.
