About the Team: The Lark Business Applications team, part of the Lark Product Development and Engineering Architecture Department, focuses on business application research and development. They support commercial products such as Feishu OKR, Feishu Recruitment, Feishu Performance, Feishu HR, Feishu Approval, Feishu Contracts, and Feishu Expense Management. The team also services ByteDance in finance, procurement, investment, internal auditing, and more. With Lark's globalization strategy, they aim to broaden their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance for internal products (procurement, travel & expense) across Web, H5, App, backend, and other ends.
- Conduct tests according to product requirements, including test design, execution, defect submission, tracking, and reporting.
- Track product and project progress, assist in iterations and releases, ensuring smooth and high-quality releases.
- Analyze, locate, and track issues found in tests, promoting timely and reasonable issue resolution.
- Demonstrate strong awareness of test automation and tooling, finding suitable technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields.
- Over three years of testing experience, familiarity with software R&D processes, test case design, and systematic test analysis and design ability.
- Proficient in using packet capture tools such as Charles, Fiddler, and MySQL database.
- Strong coding foundation, proficiency in at least one of Java/Go/Python.
- Good English communication skills, team spirit, cooperation with production and research teams, and strong stress resistance.

- Familiarity with internal products; experience in testing ERP-related systems is preferred.
